What is your payment policy?
All payment must be received in full before your order will be processed. If paying by check or money order, orders will not be processed until the funds have cleared.
Do you sell wholesale or offer discounts?
We are a strictly retail business, and do not offer wholesale discounts.
Can you help me find other products to match my wedding?
If you have certain ideas or products in mind, we would be happy to help you if it is within our means.
Do you have a printed catalog?
Wedded Glitz does not have a printed catalog at this time. Our website is considered an online catalog.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most items will ship out within 1 business day. All custom items are made to your specifications, and therefore require a fulfillment time of approx. 3 - 4 weeks. If an item is custom, it will be indicated as so on the product page.
Do you rush custom orders?
On a case by case basis, we would be happy discuss your needs, and work to get your order to you in time for your special event. For all custom cake toppers, the absolute earliest we could get the topper to you would be approximately one week, and that would include a non-refundable rush fee of $50.00.
What is your return policy?
At Wedded Glitz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund within 30 days of your order. Please contact me prior to shipping the product(s) back in order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized and the products is received, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. Please note that custom or personalized products, cake toppers, clearance items and special order items including are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. We must be notified within 3 business days upon receipt of the product if it arrives defective or damaged. What are your traditional cake toppers made out of?
The traditional toppers are made of brushed silver metal. These toppers feature removable spikes which can be removed after the event, and allow you to display your topper as a keepsake.
How do I know if my topper will fit the cake?
The top tier of your wedding cake should decide the size of your topper. Majority of top tiers are approximately 4 - 6 inches in diameter. In the case of a 4 - 6 inch top tier. The height of the cake topper should be one inch less than the diameter of your cake. Cakes come in all shapes and sizes. Please consult directly with your cake baker before ordering, since all custom items are not eligible for returns.
How soon can I receive my cake topper?
All custom cake toppers have a delivery time of 4 - 5 weeks. For rush orders, the absolute earliest I could get the topper to you would be approximately one week, which would also incur a non-refundable rush fee of $50.00.
What distinguishes Swarovski crystals from imitations and those made by other manufacturers?
The single factor that sets Swarovski crystal products apart from all other crystal is, and always has been, the superior quality of the cutting and polishing. Swarovski crystals are truly like no other.
When should I place my cake topper order?
Having your topper in hand when you meet with your cake baker will help bring all elements of the cake together, and can give the baker an exact idea of what they will be working with.
I'm hesitant to order because I'm not sure which crystal color is the right shade for my needs.
If you are unsure about which crystal color is right for your event, I would be happy to mail you up to three colors of crystal samples if I have those colors in stock. Please be mindful that Swarovski crystals are costly, and I can only send samples to serious order inquiries.
What are my payment options?
Wedded Glitz accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks (by mail only). All orders paid by personal check will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.
Is there sales tax?
Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to the following states: AZ, CA, IN, KS, KY, NV, NJ, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI based on the sales tax table for each state. Although we do not collect sales taxes for any states not on this list, you may still be responsible for paying use taxes on any of your purchases through our site. Please check with your local taxing authority for your responsibility to pay use taxes.
How do I order online?
Placing an order online is easy and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, Wedded Glitz will send an email confirmation containing shipping information. Please note that orders placed without an email address will not receive a confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
We gladly accept international orders. However, we do not collect VAT, customs or duty fees. If fees are due on your merchandise, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay those fees at the time of receipt.
How do I check on the status of my order?
To check on the status on your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or log in to your account through our website. When emailing us, please include your name and order number. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
How long does it take to receive products?
All products feature a shipping lead time. The specified shipping lead time indicates the time needed for the fulfillment center to process and ship your order. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. Please note that this lead time does not include shipping transit time.

How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing product(s)?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Wedded Glitz within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our Contact page to initiate a claim. Wedded Glitz is not responsible for missing packages or damaged products as a result of errors made by shipping carriers (USPS). However, Wedded Glitz will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. For all custom or personalized items, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.
