Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Although most items do ship in 2 - 3 business days, please note that some customized items such as cake toppers and bouquet jewelry are considered original works of art, and require up to 3 weeks to design, build and ship the items. The estimated shipping time will be listed on the product page for that particular item. Shipping is never refundable on custom products.
We ship via USPS. All shipping charges are calculated by the weight of your package and your zip code. USPS shipping is run through the USPS online tables, and is their own calculation - we do not set their rates.
If your order is eligible for free shipping, and you request 2nd Day Air, we will use ground shipping if the package will arrive on the same day regardless of air or ground. For example, if both shipping methods guarantee the package to arrive by Wednesday, then we will choose the lower cost option. This allows us to keep our shipping costs low.
We are not responsible for special shipping requests (ie. Leave by garage, etc .) Your package can be tracked with the tracking number that is provided upon shipment. If you are unsure about your availability, have the package delivered to an address where an adult will be present to sign for the package.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss in transit is yours. In the event of loss during transit or a late shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. We will aid you if needed in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss. Optional insurance is available at checkout time to insure your package against loss.
International orders are gladly accepted. We do not collect VAT taxes, customs or duty charges however. They may be required at time of package pickup and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you decide that you need some of your items sooner than others which might require time for special ordering, you will be required to pay additional shipping for a split shipment. If you don't intend to abide by these terms, please do not place an order.
If you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from USPS, you are responsible for the shipping to re-send it to you and agree that this amount will be charged to your credit card. If you move and don't inform us, you agree that you will be charged the $5.00 fee that USPS charges us to do address corrections. You agree not to try to intercept a shipment and have the shipping address diverted for any reason, or you will be responsible for the redirection fee plus a surcharge of an additional $10.00.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. Please save the box and we will file a claim with the carrier. Please note that a claim can only be filed if you have the original packaging. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item, if available in time for your event. We do not issue refunds for damaged shipments unless we cannot replace the item.
At Wedded Glitz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund within 30 days of your order. Please contact us prior to shipping the product(s) back in order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized and the products are received, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges.
Please note that custom or personalized products, cake toppers, custom cut crystal cake banding, clearance items and special order items are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. For all custom or personalized items, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made.
